A delightful restaurant located in the historic center of Pinerolo with the possibility of eating both outside and inside. Attentive service and very friendly staff. Well presented dishes with truly quality food. We liked everything without exceptions. After ordering the starter and three first courses, an appetizer offered by the house arrived, which was a Russian salad with crumbled egg yolk as a topping. Already on the table there were a couple of baskets containing artisanal breadsticks, sandwiches and carasau bread. Having ordered dessert, the pleasant surprise was to see a dish arrive with mignon (very good), also offered by the house. Excellent quality-price relation. The chef even stopped by the table to ask if everything was OK. Absolutely recommended.

We had lunch yesterday, an unforgettable meat tartare (an unrepeatable explosion of flavours), and spaghetti with bottarga that made me feel like a child again (a hymn to taste full of sensations).
Compliments to the owner and his collaborators, a refined and pleasant environment, with a very high quality of the dishes offered.
